From two parcels, one at the top and one at the bottom of the slope. 2nd and 3rd year barrels. Fuller than the Vaudésir, with a mossier, struck flint stoniness. Super-pure again, acidity slightly more 'covered' by the weight. Lots of power and energy. Impressive. A sense of being barely contained, ready to explode. L&S (Nov 2011)

An intensely floral character combines with an equally intense scent of mineral reduction that slide gracefully into big, muscular and beautifully well-delineated big-bodied flavors that explode on the saline-infused and mineral-driven finish that delivers spectacular length. While this wine is always special, the 2010 version is the best young Drouhin Les Clos that I have ever had. In a word, spectacular. 2018+ Rating: 94 Allen Meadows, www.Burghound.com (Oct 2012)
The 2010 Chablis Les Clos is quite a bit more vibrant than the Vaudesir. Cool, mineral notes lead to expressive white stone fruits and flowers. Here, too, the integration of oak is superb. I especially like the way the fruit continues to blossom as the wine sits in the glass. The 2010 Clos appears to have significant potential for the future. Drinking range: 2014 - 2014 Rating: 94 Antonio Galloni, www.vinous.com (Aug 2012)
Pale straw-yellow. Subdued, slightly exotic aromas of mirabelle and menthol. Fat and pliant on the palate, with a flavor of sweet white plum dominating today. This very young, dry Clos finishes with noteworthy length but could use a bit more grip. Seems rather mute today: I don't find the cru's typical minerality. Rating: 91 Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar (Jul 2012)
Domaine Drouhin Vaudon
The Beaune-based merchant Joseph Drouhin has restyled its Chablis Domaine 'Domaine Drouhin-Vaudon' to emphasise its ties with and holdings in (38 hectares) the Chablis vineyard. The Moulin de Vaudon, an 18th Century watermill straddling the Serein River, close to the Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis, is the headquarters and the source of the name. It is the largest estate in Chablis entirely farmed biodynamically.
