Made from slow-ripening, traditional apple varieties grown in the orchards of Ampleforth Abbey, Yorkshire. Fermented and distilled on site, the spirit is then matured in oak casks for five years and rectified using the Abbey's own spring water. Dry, elegant and fragrant this is a delicious digestif.
