Lea & Sandeman review
Even more of the taste of sweetness in the fruit here than in the Chassagnes. Most impresssive. Rather lovely, just tautened with a slight firmness, edging into a subtle bitterness which again helps to give it shape.Other reviews and comments
A slightly fresher nose of pear, hazelnut and white peach merges into rich, full and surprisingly full-bodied flavors that possess fine dry extract and a palate staining finish that is perhaps a touch less elegant than what I'm used to seeing with this wine. In sum, this is a powerful example of the vineyard rather than its more typical elegant and mineral-driven character. 2011+
