Dense and quite tannic, this has real punch and follow-through - impressive as the tasting-opener.

A ripe, spicy and pure red pinot fruit nose complements the serious, detailed and very fresh middle weight flavors that are mouth coating and firm on the nicely persistent finish. The tannins are presently slightly tough and this will require time to soften. 2013+   86-88/100
