Lea & Sandeman review
Lovely Auxey 'village', fresh, juicy and expressive yet with structure and seriousness. Benjamin explains that they were able to buy a new vineyard which was right next to the original plot, but with older vines. A serious Côte de Beaune Pinot which is nevertheless ready to drink young on the fruit.Other reviews and comments
Drink 2010-2012. Tasted from barrel, Nov 08. Harvested quite late, 18 Sep. No new oak. Dark sweet fruit, very fine and fluid. Dark and refined.

Here the aromatic profile is much different with more emphasis on earth though the red pinot fruit is really quite fresh and even pretty in its fashion, before dissolving into precise, pure and layered flavors that possess good energy on the delicious, intense and impressively long finish. This too is a lovely villages, especially for Auxey. 2011+
