2009 RUSTENBERG Straw Wine

2009 RUSTENBERG Straw Wine

Grapes: Chenin Blanc  Origin: South Africa,
Lea & Sandeman review
This 'Straw Wine' is deliciously sweet, yet still bright, fresh and complex, with honeyed characters and hints of lemon. Enjoy with crème brûlée or your favourite dessert

Other reviews and comments
This incredible chenin blanc-based wine is lighter and more lifted and dainty than some on this page, but it is fabulously persistent and enveloping. With a honeysuckle and pear nose and slick, honeyed palate this is an all-purpose sweetie with great style and élan. Daily Mail, February 2011.
