Lea & Sandeman review
Not a very full wine, but in its brightness and bright, pure treble tone, it is as welcome as the perfect soprano solo, refreshing and sustaining. Drink from now.Other reviews and comments
(one-third of this is from the 1er vineyards of Les Brouillards and Roncerets). As one might reasonably expect, this is notably more refined with a fresh and cool nose of red currant and plum that also evidences discreet traces of earth and wet stone. The textured and attractively precise flavors culminate in a dry, clean and well-balanced finish. This pretty effort delivers fine quality for a villages level wine and is worth a look. 2014+

Côte d'Or Burgundy France
"One might expect this to be lumpy and rich in this vintage, but in fact it is more like Laurent's village Volnay than his old vines Chassagne. Light on its feet and with good energy in the fruit, but it needs a year or two to give its best as it is denser than the Volnay, and may keep surprisingly well."
