Lea & Sandeman review
Richly textured fruit and a hint of tight oak.Other reviews and comments
I recommend the 2010 Roussanne whereby 9% of the crop was raised in 300-liter Burgundy oak for two months. It has a light apple-blossom and wax resin bouquet with good definition, though it could do with a little more vigour. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity and low residual sugar. This lends tautness and tension to the dried pineapple, watercress and pear skin finish. This is a commendable Roussanne. Drink now-2015.
