2010 RUSTENBERG Sauvignon Blanc

Lea & Sandeman review
Restrained with ripe and mineral fruit this is a well textured Sauvignon that makes the sap rise on the palate, making a great food wine.Other reviews and comments
A vision of seaside lovliness thanks to its fresh and salty nose that quickly turns smoky and rich, as though someone is grilling fish on the barbecue. Great acidity and textured with a mineral finish making it a wonderful and versatile food wine.

Known for its big, burly and beautiful reds, Rustenberg is acquiring a reputation for classy whites. This sparky, stylish yet restrained nettle and whitecurrent 2010 makes a brilliant bottle to go with the likes of grilled sardines or mackerel.
