2010 VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO Le Salette
2010 VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO Le Salette
| Grapes: | Origin: Italy, Veneto |
Lea & Sandeman review
One of the better Valpolicella we have come across, having listed the Amarone from the same producer for a couple of vintages. Light, crisp, with rounded fruit, a not unattractive edge of green pepperiness giving a very good finish to what can so often be such a dull wine. This is very drinkable indeed.| Purchasing options | |||||||

2010 MENCIA Ribeiro Bodegas Docampo
Ribeiro Spain
"Traditionally the indigenous Mencia grape produces wines which are light and fragrant, not unlike a Beaujolais or Pinot Noir, and best drunk in the region. This is a lovely example, beautifully made, wonderfully fresh and very, very drinkable with a touch more depth than previous vintages."
