Saten Blanc de Blancs, 40 months on lees and 4.5g dosage. Stone fruits, yellow plums, some lovely creamy autolytic notes of baked bread and pastry undercut with citrus and a delicious gentle roundness.

Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Golden-tinged, pale straw yellow. Honeyed white fruit with hints of garden herbs. Subtle, ripe white fruit with a citric vein running through. Long and viscous and appetising. (WS)
