Senior Office Assistant needed for an exciting opportunity with one of the UK’s greatest Wine Merchants.

Multi award-winning Lea & Sandeman is looking for an organised, outgoing, capable multi-tasker to assist in the running of our busy office. This broad role is a perfect opportunity for a highly efficient candidate to work at the heart of a successful wine business. At our Chelsea Headquarters the right candidate will support and assist the sales and operations teams in all quarters, as well as being confident in dealing with customers. Speaking with clients and suppliers will be part of a normal day. We are looking for a confident and efficient administrator and sales support professional, to take on this broad role at the heart of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Support: Confidently dealing with incoming customer or supplier queries.
  • Administration: Assisting the sales team with order processing and customer service queries.
  • Events: Assisting with the planning and execution of some company events.
  • Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Good IT literacy including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment Experience of working for a Wine Company would be useful.
  • Wine knowledge is not a pre-requisite but an enthusiasm for wine and a keenness to learn is.
