When Santiago López founded Lopez Cristobal in 1994, he based his philosophy upon exquisite care of his vineyards and his wines. This philosophy has placed his wines among some of the finest and best value of Ribera del Duero. Located in the picturesque town of Roa de Duero, the Bodega is equipped with state-of-the art technical equipment to ensure perfect vinification and supplied by 50 hectares of vineyards they own in various locations throughout the region, planted with Tinta del País, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Albillo.
