Château Bellevue Mondotte
Bellevue Mondotte is a small, 2-hectare estate acquired by Gérard Perse - owner of Château Pavie - in 2001. The vineyard is located on Saint-Emilion's limestone plateau. It has a magnificent terroir just above Pavie-Decesse, another Perse estate. With very low yields (15 hectoliters/hectare) and an average age of 45 years, the vines produce only 4,000 bottles a year, making this a relatively rare wine.
