Situated in the Pic St Loup area of the Languedoc, the 45 hectare family estate of Jean-Benoit Cavalier dates back to 1750. At 120 meters above sea level, and surrounded by the 'garrigue' the vineyards are planted predominantly with Syrah and Grenache. The combination of practicing sustainable agriculture, restricting yields and great wine making results in wines of great character reflecting the 'terroir' of the property.
