Spends 12 months in barrel. Tensile, energetic lemon sherbet character. There is already some nuance on the palate, which feels very complete. Will drink well now.

Far more going on here. A much for complex nose. A touch of reduction but good concentration of ripe fruit and some well worked oak. There's more richness here. More texture. Great acidity. A very good village wine.

Very ripe wild hedgerow fruit, palate shows surprising mineral intensity - more mineral than fruit, even though the fruit is ripe and every present too. Impressively long.
