Maison des Hâtes
Pierrick Laroche is a charming young man and a very talented winemaker. He owns 12 Hectares of Chablis vineyards and a complete hectare of 1er Cru 'Fourchaume L'Homme Mort', all sold under the Domaine des Hâtes label.
His négotiant business started with some recent short harvests caused by a terrible run of luck with the weather. Pierrick started buying in fruit to bulk out what he had - and to keep the cellar full. As with all his wines, these Hâtes wines are all about freshness and precision. They sold under the Maison des Hâtes label.
