MADEIRA

This special harvest of MADEIRA wine was selected from a year of very fine vintage of a single grape variety, the production of which was assumed by control of the quality of the grapes, ideal ripening conditions, and a process of vinification which combines modern technology with our art of wine-making learned over a century of experience. This is a traditional MADEIRA, matured in old oak casks at the correct temperature until the year of bottling. We recommend that the bottle should be stored in a vertical position, protected from extremes of cold and heat and served at room temperature. Allow us to remind you that it is important to let the wine breathe for a while after it has been opened, in order to develop the fullness of its aromas. If this wine remains many years in the bottle, it may present a natural sediment that is a sign of life and belongs to the intrinsic qualities of this great MADEIRA. We advise that this wine should be poured very carefully leaving any deposit in the bottle, or it may be decanted. Winemaker's notes (Oct 2023)
