Deep colour without being opaque. Serious nose of real wine. Good bright attack with drive and energy. A graphitey mineral core with quite exciting fruit - intense and pure. Enough volume. Really very nicely judged balance. Not as big as Chasse Spleen, but better balanced, more elegant. Rating: 88 L&S (Apr 2005)
