HERRINGBONE HILLS

2008 Pinot Noir

Grapes Pinot Noir
Colour Red
Origin New Zealand, South Island
ABV 13.5%

From Marlborough at the northern tip of New Zealand’s South Island – this juicy, up-front Pinot delivers lovely, plump red fruit and tasty black pepper spice. The glossy sheen stops well short of jamminess and this makes a delightful – excellent value Pinot Noir. A rare treat in a sea of charmless, sweet, thick 'fruit-soups' usually found at this level. L&S (Dec 2010)
