The 2015 Paloumey replicated its strong showing at the Cru Bourgeois tasting last year. If anything, the aromatics have meliorated to offer red cherries, raspberry and rose petal scents. The palate is crisp and taut, the acidity well judged with impressive tension towards the red cherry and strawberry finish. This is just a delightful Cru Bourgeois that will give a lot of pleasure.
