100% Tinta del Pa铆s (Tempranillo) from de los Rios Prieto鈥檚 oldest and best vineyards, produced by the most refined and traditional methods, aged 24 months in French high-quality barrels, 24 months in bottle. Brilliant ruby red with mauve undertones. Powerful bouquet of elegant and wild toasted fruits, balsamic interwoven with minerals, cassis, cacao, butterscotch and spicy notes of cayenne pepper, cinnamon. Meaty, full bodied, mature fruit palate with fine ageing and a superb harmony. Structured, good balance of alcohol and acidity intermingling with a soft, glycerol, unctuous mouth feel and silky tannins. Lingering, perfumed aftertaste. Ideal with red meats, mature cheese, Iberian cold meats. Winemaker's notes (Sept 2025)
