Very classic Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay - loaded with pert, firm stone-fruit flavours, but with just enough 'give' of softer flesh to keep it charming. For Australia this is very much on the classic, restrained side of things - not a beefy, broad oak bomb - just neat, pretty and seriously good Chardonnay. L&S (May 2021)
