With mineral geology at it’s core, and an average vine age of almost 15 years across the three vineyards, the chalk and yeast-complexed fruit of the 2019 Trouble With Dreams is both assured and composed as well as thrillingly precise; with drive, power, detail and finesse delivering a long, tapering finish. It displays all the qualities of fruit picked at peak possible maturity before persistent rains set in after 12th October that year. The initial release of this wine was disgorged in early January 2024, with dosage of just 6g/L, only 7,500 bottles of this landmark wine were produced. L&S (Apr 2024)
