This latest bottling of one of Spain's most famous white varieties, and a perennial favourite of ours from the team at Adega dos Eidos, this is absolutely singing. Blossom, white peach and citrus are balanced out with a saline, tangy edge and a mineral, fresh backbone - a wine that immediately makes you think of the sea and the perfect match for seafood. Adega dos Eidos

Located in the Rias Baixas, the most northern corner of Spain and home of the famous Albariño grape. Vines are planted on the slopes of the Pontevedra estuary and enjoy a micoclimate which creates perfect growing conditions for Albariño.
