This wine opens up with a bright refreshing citrus twang, crisp, mouthwatering and refreshing in equal measure. Some lovely fruit weight on the palate, something a little herbal and then slate clean, the perfect match for summer picnics, seafood and salads. Drinking range: 2021 - 2023 L&S (May 2021)

There’s some lovely delicate fruit here – a scent of sweet apples, a flavour of pears, and even a dab of honey, but the wine ends on a dry note and has a bit more texture than some, so chill it for fish in a light creamy sauce, perhaps.Susy Atkins, The Telegraph (Jul 2021)
Domaine Reine Juliette
Domaine Reine Juliette, supposedly named after a visit to the area by Queen Juliette, is the family vineyard of Guillaume Allies. It has vineyards on the southern side of the modern A9 Montpellier-Beziers road, which itself follows the course of the Roman Via Domitia, the main road from Italy to Spain. This southern part of the Pinet appellation is along the edge of the Bassin de Thau, a huge inland sea, and is the most affected by cooling sea breezes, which accounts for the particular freshness of expression is these whites.
