Recently described by a restaurateur (who was looking for a match for chicken wontons) as 'a wine that knocks all its competitors into a cocked hat', this breezy Vinho Verde is appley fresh and thirst quenching, with a delicious citrus spritz. Lighter-bodied but not lacking in flavour and depth, citrus, apples and wild flowers. Just a great match for all things fish and seafood. And chicken wontons, obviously. L&S (Jul 2023)
