Gorgeously flavoursome with notes of apricot, quince, citrus pith and wild flowers. Mouth-filling but with nice poise and a textured feel, this is a cracking food wine, the depth of stone fruit, piled on top of wild herbs and white flowers is compelling and hugely enjoyable. L&S (Oct 2023)

The Boyer family have owned vineyards at Puissalicon in the Languedoc for three hundred years, although it was Jacques Boyer who moved the quality up a gear to make wines of more than just local interest.

Again quite a bit of ferment aromas imprinting the nose. Pear drop, but then some floral notes, creamy apricot, peach. Good palate weight, spice and stone fruit grip, fleshy, bold and aromatic, nicely done.
