This wonderfully pale and pretty pink from the shores of Lake Garda - is a total charmer from the off. Immediate hit of sweet cherry and firm strawberry fruit, touch of fruit skin and hedgerow flowers. The palate has good weight with dense, good red fruit, neatly balanced with lovely, juicy acidity giving the wine delicious length.
A blend of two varieties you may have heard of (Sangiovese/Barbera) and two you probably haven't (Groppello/Marzemino)

La Feliciana

La Feliciana is a small winery south of Lake Garda, in the Commune of Pozzolengo, and remarkably peaceful, with gentle rolling hills and vineyards stretching off into the distance; the only thing that would make you wonder if it has always been this way is the massive stone tower built on a low hill a couple of miles away: It's the monument to the Battle of San Martino, fought by the Piemontese against half of the Austrian army while their French allies were fighting the other half at Solferino, a few miles away.

Regional Italian | Mixed 12

The Great Italian Escape: The Native Grape Masterclass Italy boasts hundreds of indigenous grape varieties, yet the global market tends to focus on just a handful of famous names.
While we love a benchmark Barolo or a classic Chianti as much as anyone, we find that some of the magic of Italian wine can lie slightly off the beaten path.
We have spent a great deal of time travelling across the country, seeking out the families quietly championing these ancient, local varieties. This 12-bottle case (featuring two of each wine) acts as a thrilling tasting tour from the hills north of venice right down to the volcanic south.
Whether you are a dedicated terroir explorer or simply looking for the ultimate toolkit for a run of joyful evenings, this collection captures the effortless, generous spirit of the Italian dinner table.
What's Inside the Mixed Case:
2x 2024 FEUDO Chiaretto, La Feliciana (Lombardy): A wonderfully pale, dry pink from the shores of Lake Garda. An immediate hit of sweet cherry and firm strawberry, offering serious competition to Provence.
2x 2024 PINOT GRIGIO 'Ramato', Visintini (Friuli): A grown-up, skin-contact Pinot Grigio with a delicate pink/copper hue. Elegant and complex with notes of spiced pear, nectarine, and juicy fresh lift of citrus pep.
2x 2024 KRATOS Fiano, Luigi Maffini (Campania): An elegant, mineral-driven white from the Campanian coast. Restrained aromas of lemon peel and ferns give way to a polished, high-energy finish.
2x 2024 MOFETE Etna Bianco, Palmento Costanzo (Sicily): A racy, tense blend of Carricante and Catarratto grown on the high volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Tangy, saline, and loaded with white peach.
2x 2023 SANGIOVESE Girapoggio, Bissoni (Emilia Romagna): A pristine, organic Sangiovese from a small, hand-tended farm. Unencumbered by oak, it is sleek, pure, and incredibly juicy with cherry and mocha notes.
2x 2022 SUSUMANIELLO Artiglio, Cantine de Falco (Puglia): From 20-30 year old vines in the heart of Salento. An earthy, wildly fun red with notes of chocolate, plum flesh, and a wonderfully fragrant spice.

Summer Series | BBQ collection

The Summer BBQ Selection: Smoke, Fat, and Acid
Cooking over a live charcoal fire presents a highly specific set of culinary challenges. The combination of intense heat, rendered fat, and woodsmoke quickly overwhelms simple, delicate wines. A great barbecue wine requires architectural tension to cut through the smoke and cleanse the palate. Furthermore, when you are opening several bottles over the course of a long summer afternoon, paying a premium for a famous appellation rarely makes financial sense.
We have assembled a 12-bottle collection specifically engineered for the grill, deliberately seeking out the rebels and the rule-breakers just outside the rigid lines of the AOC system. This mixed case delivers exceptional pedigree and immense character without the postcode tax.
Inside the Summer BBQ Case:

  • 2024 GAUDOU EXCEPTION MALBEC Fabrice Durou: Declassified for absolute stylistic freedom. A remarkably fresh, 12% ABV Malbec brimming with supple blue fruit and damson, without the heavy Cahors tannins.

  • 2023 TALENTO Monastrell Ecologico Ego Bodegas: Sourced from dry-farmed bush vines in Jumilla, offering a plush, vibrant dark cherry compote balanced by brilliant natural acidity.

  • 2024 VIN DE PAYS MEDITERRANEE Grenache IGP Domaine de Cristia: A pure, unadorned 100% Grenache from a Chateauneuf-du-Pape master. Concrete-aged for a crunchy, vibrant red fruit profile that takes a light chill beautifully.

  • 2022 OLD VINE ZINFANDEL Scotto Family Vineyards: A masterful departure from syrupy California Zinfandel. Restrained at 13.5% ABV, delivering pure blackberry and subtle mocha with a bright, refreshing acid lift.

  • 2023 CHIANTI Haurio Colli Senesi Mormoraia: Organically farmed Sangiovese from the hills near Siena. Sleek and open-knit, offering fresh woodland fruits, sweet aniseed, and polished, gentle tannins.

  • 2022 LES MICHELLES Domaine Les Deux Cols: A highly complex blend of 80-year-old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah. Held back two years in the cellar to soften its powdery grip, it is now drinking perfectly for the grill.

  • 2025 CORTESE Bricco Bartolomeo La Colombera: A flawless, mineral-driven alternative to Gavi from the Colli Tortonesi. Bursting with nectarine and blossom, framed by zesty acidity and a stony finish.

  • 2024 GRENACHE BLANC-VIOGNIER Champs des Lys Domaine La Croix Belle: Viognier provides aromatic apricot weight, while Clairette acts as a structural backbone. A masterclass in Languedoc blending built for the summer table.

  • 2025 RIOJA BLANCO Sierra de Tolono: Crafted from ancient, high-altitude vines by Sandra Bravo. Un-oaked, tense, and crystalline, skipping the heavy vanilla of the past for pure, electric minerality.

  • 2023 MACON VINZELLES Cave des Grands Crus Blancs: A phenomenal value, unwooded white Burgundy. Shows classic drive and weight, delivering clean, lifted pear and solid peach fruit.

  • JEAN-LOUIS DENOIS Methode Traditionelle Chardonnay-Pinot Noir Brut: A fiercely independent, high-altitude Pyrenean fizz that easily rivals true Champagne. Bone-dry, structurally precise, and beautifully autolytic.

  • 2024 FEUDO Chiaretto Riviera del Garda Classico La Feliciana: A flawless, diaphanous pale pink from Lake Garda. Wild cherry and hedgerow flowers are driven by a highly refreshing, saline finish.
