90% Cinsault 10% Grenache: Le Retour, juicy and vibrant with carefully layered depth, red currant & cranberry, violets too, red cherry, this will take a light chill, and is completely refreshing and a great summer red, but as Jancis notes, there's enough real interest for this to be taken quite seriously. Express Delivery options also available.Full bottle 1,315 g. 90% Cinsault, 10% Grenache from St-Gervais and Megiers in the Gard department. Hand-picked. All destemmed. Vinified separately in tank. 12-day maceration. Aged for 12 months in third-fill burgundy barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. pH 3.59. Certified organic. Transparent crimson. Aromatic and lively. Sweet with a hint of cherry candy. Very Cinsault and clearly made with a gentle hand. Just slight bitterness onthe end suggests it should not be consigned simply to the chillable-red-for immediate drinking category. But you could enjoy it at virtually any temperature.
