Tasted with at the domaine with Damien, this is a particularly successful vintage. 'Fruit et finesse' is how he describes it, and it has that expressive Mâconnais sunny ripeness, a classy roundness on the palate, and just enough of a line of mineral 'straightness' to make it a convincing representation of 'white Burgundy' as a whole.
