A blend of classic Rhône varietals, 30% Grenache Blanc 15% Roussanne 30% Viognier & 15% Bourboulenc. Pale lemon in the glass, fresh aromatics, with lemon, citrus and green tea notes, a little hit of white melon & the slightest suggestion of peach too. Bright & floral, lots of citrus toned fruit with a lively zippy acidity, zesty and bright on the finish with a touch of fennel too, tightly wound, just bottled and maybe could do with another month or two to fully come out, still lovely and refreshing the perfect aperitif.
