Citrus gins have been around for centuries, but this modern take is also inspired by the popular flavour combination of chocolate and orange. Using plenty of juniper and liquorice for a natural sweetness, botanicals include orange blossom, cacao nibs and fresh orange zest, for a wonderfully complex, citrus gin. L&S (Apr 2019)
