The 5 Year Old Somerset Cider Brandy is a smooth, beautifully balanced spirit that captures the essence of a Somerset apple orchard. Matured in oak casks, it trades the sharp vibrancy of fresh fruit for velvety warmth and aromatic depth. Fruity and floral. Spring-like aromas of honeysuckle, fresh apple blossom, and a touch of soft, sweet oak and vanilla. Clean, lingering, and lightly sweet, with a signature spicy aftertaste Enjoy neat in a snifter after a rich meal or roast dinner or alongside apple desserts, fruitcake, or a cheese board. The nose is fruity, sweet and floral, like spring in the orchards. There is honeysuckle, apple blossom and hawthorn. The taste is full of apple, with delicate white flowers and a clean lingering fruit finish. This brandy has gained depth, smoothness and stature.
