A nicely structured, 'grown-up' style of Merlot with plenty of fruit richness. Dark cherry, plum, cassis and mocha. Nice weight in the mouth, tannins adding structure and length with a good freshness on the finish.

Firm green fruit and pithy notes on both nose and palate. Fresh with good acidity. From one of the coolest parts of the Languedoc, so this Sauvignon has a refreshing grip that Languedoc Sauvignons often lack.
