Head of Biennale proved to be man of Taste – Caburnio 2010

Good to see Okwui Enwezor (head of this year’s Venice Biennale) is a man of taste in more ways than one. It this week’s FT ‘How to Spend it‘ he describes how he goes for a convivial lunch with members of the Biennale team at Quadri, a restaurant on the Piazza San Marco. “The square may not be the best place to get an incredible meal, but Quadri is excellent. I always orders anchovies on toast with a glass of Caburniofantastic red wine that comes from the president (Paolo Baratta) of the Biennale’s vineyard“.
