Pale ruby with an even paler rim. As soon as the cork was just half-pulled, the (admittedly small) room was filled with the aroma of candied rose petals. This is surely at its peak with the spirit just peeking through at the end after a luxuriously smooth texture. Medium sweetness and really quite delicate.
