In the image of its pink double, a juicy, tangy, dry, bright, elegant Provençal white made entirely of Vermentino, that just brings sunshine and cicadas to your lunch table all through spring and summer. The name sums it up. Pale salmon pink in colour, it offers subtle redcurrant and pink grapefruit flavours and pin-sharp acidity that combine to make it particularly refreshing. David Williams, The Observer (Jul 2011)

Made in Provence

Formerly Domaine Sainte Lucie, this is a domaine with wonderful vineyard holding on the dry stony lower slopes of the Provençal icon mountain, the Mont Saint Victoire. Forty hectares of vines with an average age of thirty-five. These deep soils can only support vines, and are perfect for the production of low yields and fine wines. The wines are made from a mix of Grenache and Syrah, with smaller amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault, and the rosés get an addition of Vermentino (Rolle) which adds a bright floral expression.
