Inside the Grower Champagne Collection:
BARNAUT Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru, Bouzy: A powerful, full-blown 100% Pinot Noir that retains a brilliant freshness and balance. It is crafted by the 5th generation of a family that has been bottling since 1874.
R and L LEGRAS Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru, Chouilly: A gossamer-light, elegant Chardonnay. It is so highly respected it serves as the house Champagne for the legendary Tour d Argent.
2019 NOCES DE CRAIE Extra Brut Grand Cru, Marc Hebrart: A magnificent, concentrated 100% Pinot Noir sourced from an incredibly rare massal selection in the commune of Ay.
GONET-MEDEVILLE Tradition Brut 1er Cru NV: A beautiful, atmospheric grower Champagne. It features 70% Chardonnay from the sunny, south-facing slopes of Bisseuil, made with zero filtration or malolactic fermentation.
SHAMAN 21 Brut, Champagne Marguet NV: A radically clean, generous blend from Ambonnay. It is grown biodynamically by a family who work their Grand Cru soils with horses.
