2014 LA NOÉ Sur Lie Côtes de Grand Lieu Domaine de L’Aujardiere

noe 2014

This small domaine in the Pays de Retz, west of Nantes, differs from many of the western Loire domaines, in that the vineyards are in small valleys and on hillside slopes, rather than the flat plains. Muscadet is made from the Melon de Bourgogne or simply Melon grape which originated in Burgundy but is now mostly grown in the Loire Valley.
