From a small family-run Domaine in the heart of Chenin Blanc territory, Coteaux du Layon.聽This traditionally made sparkling wine is vinified from a large proportion of Chenin Blanc, with some Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.

2014 LA NO脡 Sur Lie C么tes de Grand Lieu Domaine de L’Aujardiere

This small domaine in the Pays de Retz, west of Nantes, differs from many of the western Loire domaines, in that the vineyards聽are in small valleys and on hillside slopes,聽rather than the flat plains.聽Muscadet is made from the Melon de Bourgogne or simply Melon grape聽which聽originated in Burgundy but is now mostly grown in the Loire Valley.
