This Friday, we will be opening two wines from the Loire Valley – a superb sparkling wine for under £15 & a refreshing white from Eric Chevalier. Do pop in on your way home from work and join us for a glass from 4pm.

2014 LA NOÉ Sur Lie Côtes de Grand Lieu Domaine de L’Aujardiere

noe 2014

This small domaine in the Pays de Retz, west of Nantes, differs from many of the western Loire domaines, in that the vineyards are in small valleys and on hillside slopes, rather than the flat plains. Muscadet is made from the Melon de Bourgogne or simply Melon grape which originated in Burgundy but is now mostly grown in the Loire Valley.

Bottle: £12.50   Case Price*: £11.25

Our *Case Price discount applies when you buy 12 bottles of any wine, either in the shop or online.
