No deliveries on weekends or bank holidays. Normal service resumes Monday 5th January.

We cannot specify exact delivery times, but if you have a particular request or deadline to meet, please give us a call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.

We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
Unless an Express delivery option is chosen, orders are delivered using Lea & Sandeman drivers and vans to provide the best hand delivery service possible.
Returns
7-Day Cancellation Right
Orders delivered may be cancelled by you within seven days of receipt (by you or your designated delivery point), without your giving a reason. In this case the goods (in good condition and unopened) must either be returned to us or made available for collection.
Return Fees & Conditions
If we collect: A collection fee will be payable.
If goods are not in good condition or have been opened: We may be unable to accept return, and a re-delivery fee will also be payable.
Refund processing: Upon receipt and acceptance by us, we will refund all payments (less any collection or delivery charges) within 30 days.
⚠️ Exclusions
This right of cancellation does not apply to 'en primeur' sales nor to some other sales (including Broking List wines or wines offered In Bond) for which special terms will apply.
