Classic Pauillac in top Cru Bourgeois form, Cabernet in the ascendant, gentle suffusion of wood spice rounding the edges, deep dark fruit, beginning to drink at it's peak and interestingly better balanced and more fun, at least for now, than the 2015 tasted alongside.
