Another sublime wine from the hyper talented team of owner Nick Hall and winemaker Kirsty Smith. The wines of Herbert Hall are always imbued with a deep fruitiness, almost gently tropical at times. Beautiful top notes of freshly baked bread, ripe citrus, white flowers and dried mango. Delicious purity in the mouth with drive and impeccable balance, these are wines not to be missed. Drinking range: 2021 - 2026 L&S (May 2021)

*Case price discount: Mix any 12 bottles (or 9l equivalent) of wine or 6 bottles of Champagne, Spirits, Sweet Wine or Fortified to get the 'case price' for each bottle.

Herbert Hall

Planted with 40% Chardonnay and 30% each of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and farmed organically. Handmade, Traditional Method. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 10% of the blend fermented in oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in bottle.
