Blend: 74% Pinot Noir, 26% Pinot Meunier The grapes for this wine were picked in October 2020 and made in the saignée method where the juice macerates with the skins and pulp of the grapes, for 18 hours in this case, to extract colour. Press fractions were carefully separated and left to naturally settle for 24 hours. Fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, all took place in stainless-steel tanks retaining the fresh fruit profile of the juice. Following 9 months of élevage, the final blend was bottled in August 2021. An elegant pink rosé that shows confected strawberry, yoghurt, mango, raspberry jam and toast on the nose. The palate has good weight with notes of sherbet, raspberry and strawberries and cream. There is a long finish with great texture here. A fresh and light rosé, perfect for spring and summer.
