Highlights from the Spring Collection: Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru NV: The celebratory fizz. Grown across three Grand Cru Côte des Blancs villages (Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger), this beautifully balanced Champagne offers creamy, fine bubbles with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and oyster shell.
2021 Black Chalk Wild Rose: The elegant ice-breaker. From the chalk soils of Hampshire's Test Valley, this 95-point Gold Trophy-winning English sparkling rosé blends Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. It is incredibly pure, with notes of tea roses and a long, salty mineral core.
2024 Sancerre Chavignol, Domaine Delaporte: The spring classic. The Delaporte family are masters of Sauvignon Blanc; under Matthieu Delaporte, they farm organically and keep sulphur to the barest minimum.
