This year the Bourgogne Rouge is a mix of Grand Chaillots and also Thibaullt's Haut Cote de Nuits fruit, where there was not enough to make the usual 3 different wines. This is a charmer on entry. Lots of red fruits. Louche and smooth but then the energy builds. Very good. Almost good to go! Easy style - avoided punching down - a gentle extraction. Works well. L&S (Nov 2025)
