Chalk, slate, rosebuds, super charming, this is a carefully constructed, remains a little bit on the quiet side of the vintage, walks the line of ripeness, with an understated finesse and plenty of Margaux typicity. The 2024 Château du Tertre has a delineated and focused bouquet, with pure black plum, blueberry fruit and violet aromas. The oak is prudently used. The palate is medium-bodied with a bit of chewiness on the entry and light grip. This attenuates slightly toward the finish but there is freshness and sapidity. Not a long-term du Tertre but I think it is well made. Drinking range: 2028 - 2038 Rating: 90-92 Neal Martin, www.vinous.com (May 2025)

Pure, juicy fresh fruit with roasted spices, berries and dark cherries. Bright, crunchy and tight. Lovely tension in the middle with properly framed tannins. 75 CS 13 M 10 CF 2 PV 13.2% Inky and spicy aromas with dense blue fruit and extract. Juicy blackberries and cool mint.
