A fresh-scented Picpoul - dry and clean as a whistle but kept really interesting by the great mix of flavours. Citrus, camomile, dried straw, bright and juicy in the mouth, citrus, green apple with decent length and nice freshness. Ideal aperitif wine or perfect with some fresh seafood. L&S (May 2025)
