A more sophisticated approach to non-alcoholic drinking, Seedlip is a distilled drink to be served with tonic as you might other white spirits. Garden 108 is a lifted grassy green tasting affair – botanicals include peas, hay, spearmint, rosemary and thyme. It is charmingly refreshing and speaks of summer afternoons in the garden. Ideal with a good tonic water, or elderflower tonic, or even with sparkling spring water for a cool long drink. And is there any other drink that you can serve garnished with a few frozen peas?
